Fished Rock Lake (south of Cheney, Washington) from 9:30am until 1:30pm yesterday. The first two hours were pretty slow with only two small rainbows (which we returned).
However, a little after 11am, the fishing turned on. And, we had two limits within two hours. Nine of our fish were steelhead plants. The remaining fish was a decent 'bow. The size of the fish we kept ranged from 16 inches to 18 inches. The top producer was the fluorescent pink OG1, followed by fluorescent orange, the purple/black scales with orange tail, and a new gold with black-scales. Sizes tested were 1.8", 2.44" and 2.8".
