When we arrived at Mason's Resort in Sekiu, I'd struck up a conversation with a fisherman that was staying near us there. Ended up giving him a 2.8" OG2 in fluoro-green/chartreuse. He emailed me the below report:
"Hey Don... Thanks for giving me the lure in the parking lot last night at Masons. It caught three kings today, one within two minutes to putting it on. I was the guy parked next to you grilling and eating in the parking lot. Thing works well. Genius." Lee: Thanks for the report! And, thanks for putting that OG2 to work!

Just received the below report and photo from Matt L. who had success with the OG2s in Puget Sound:
"This weekend we killed it in area 9 with the green and purple OG2’s. Our trip started out slow until we switched to the OG2. My fishing buddies were reluctant on using them since none of us had before. Our day quickly turned around and now we are hooked! This is definitely my new go to lure. Thanks for making a great line of fishing lures! Tight lines" Matt: Thanks for the report and photo! Appreciate both! Just received the following report and photo from Dana C. who was fishing the purple OG2 for the salmon out of Sekiu, Washington:
"I just got home from a successful fishing trip to Sekiu! The included photo is of a 11# Chinook I took early one morning off the “Caves”. The solid hookup was in 80 ft of water with 40 ft on the wire. I was trolling a blinking green flasher, with a purple/black OG2. The Old Goat lures were producing solid hookups. Thanks for making these great Old Goat salmon fishing lures!" Dana: Appreciate the report and the photo! Thank you!
Just finished painting a new batch of 2.8", 3.3", and 3.9" OG2s for the salmon fishermen! Once they're rigged with 40lb leader and 3/0 Gamakatsu, they'll be up on the store!
