Fished Rock Lake (south of Cheney, Washington) yesterday. Brutal cold: The truck thermometer read 32 degrees.
We were on the water around noon. And, for the first 44 minutes, didn't have anything to show for our effort. However, from a little before 1pm until 4pm, we were into the fish. We brought home seven keepers, released two smaller fish, and had two nice fish come unbuttoned before they were in the boat.
We fished a number of OG1s in different sizes and colors. But, hands down, the perch-colored lures in 2.8" and 3.3" were the most productive.
Here's a picture of our stringer (with a 3.3" OG1 sitting nearby):
And, here's a quick video of the outing:
I'll try to keep the blog updated every so often: posting pictures submitted by customers, notes about recent tests, etc.
