Just received the below message from a new customer (Steve H.) that gave the OG2s a try this past week:
"I used the OG2's in the Puget Sound of Washington(marine area 10) for kings and coho salmon for the first time. We were running 2 downriggers; one with hoochies and spoons, the other with OG's. The downrigger with OG's was hit consistently while the downrigger with hoochies/spoons was very quiet. I finally put OG's on both downriggers and both were hit consistently. Also, while fishing close to the bottom, OG's caught rockfish, sole, and flounder. I will be using them in Neah Bay WA this weekend. I plan on running the small OG's inshore along the coast and the big OG's offshore. Great lure, very impressed!!!! One question, would you say these run better with a flasher or a fish flash?" Steve: We absolutely appreciate reports like this! Thanks for passing this along!! To those interested, Steve had purchased the 2.8" and 3.9" OG2s in the green/blue-with-black-scales:
