Native coho in Puget Sound!

I enjoyed a quick trip Thursday morning on the Ruby D as we chased the native coho. Captain Dale knows that local water and the fishery!

We used the outing as an opportunity to test the new OG spinner/hoochie rig and compare its effectiveness to the OG2 salmon lures. At the end of the day, the hoochie did ok; but, the most effective lure was the 2.8" OG2 in fluoro-green/chartreuse. (This lure was so effective that Captain Dale used it the next day when he was guiding four clients. They managed to catch their limit (10 fish) in under an hour. And, of those 10 fish, 6 were taken with the fluoro-green OG2!)

If you're new to salmon fishing; or, if your boat is in the shop, and you need to get on the water, I'd highly recommend Captain Dale!
