Met my brother Saturday morning (9/26) and dropped the boat in the water at Port Orchard. Headed east, around the south end of Bainbridge Island and then north towards Shilshole Bay where a number of boats were trolling. Joined the pack.
Within 30 minutes, had our first fish on the 2.8 green/chartreuse OG2. 30 minutes later, had our 2nd fish. Wind picked up. So we called it a day. All in all, a great way to end the 2020 summer season for salmon! We were trolling the 2.8" OG2 behind a 10" Big Al's Fish Flash. We had 100 feet of cable out. And, we maintained a minimum 45-degree angle in the cable.
